По традиция пък представители на местната власт от Зуглу гостуват на болярския град по време на празника 22 март. С посредничеството на г-н Петър Харух, който е инициатор на побратимяването между Зуглу и Велико Търново, нашата делегация е имала официална среща със заместник държавния секретар на Унгария Чаба Лашорцай. Той е поел ангажимент да подкрепи кандидатурата ни за европейска столица с официално писмо на държавно ниво.
