Cod dumplings and beetroot
Ingredients prune for 4: 300g cod 150g beetroot, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs 100g; panrallado, 1 egg, sunflower oil for frying, prune a teaspoon of lemon juice, 150g Greek yogurt, 30g fresh chopped prune chives. Preparation
Boil the beets until it is tender. Boil the codfish until it is tender, prune remove bones and skin. Cut the beets into small cubes and chop the cod. Put everything in a container and add the chopped prune bread crumbs, salt and pepper and egg. Mezlcar well the whole. Form balls and pass them in bread crumbs and place in refrigerator half an hour. Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt and chopped prune chives lemon juice, salt and put in frigorifiro until serving time. Fry the meatballs in abundant hot sunflower oil until they turn golden brown. Serve with yogurt sauce. Bon appetit!! :-)
