The ideal candidate has excellent physical skills to perform the various horticultural tasks related to the job (size, behavior, planting, fertilization, monitoring pests, diseases, crop protection). He must have a keen sense of observation. As the candidate will interact with our customers, it must have a certain ease of verbal termites communication. Good physical condition is essential because the work environment is sometimes difficult.
